KAMULI, UGANDA • ESTABLISHED 2012
King's Glory & Heritage Schools are building opportunities for children through education, daily feeding, digital literacy, scholarships and a stronger learning environment.
Our schools serve children and young people in Kamuli, Uganda, with a commitment to accessible, values-based education, character development and opportunity.
Provide quality, affordable and values-based education in a supportive environment where learners can develop knowledge, confidence, discipline and purpose.
Nurture responsible, confident and capable young people who can positively contribute to their families and communities.
Faith, integrity, responsibility, respect, hard work, service, inclusion and excellence.
Support can be directed toward a defined project, a specific item, a learner group or recurring school needs.
Help provide daily food so hunger is less of a barrier to concentration, attendance and participation.
Build practical digital skills through computers, connectivity, power support and structured learning sessions.
Support vulnerable learners with verified education and learning needs.
Provide textbooks, stationery, teaching aids and other learning resources.
Help provide adequate desks, chairs and classroom equipment.
Support classroom improvement, sanitation, water, lighting and other essential facilities.
No child should have to learn on an empty stomach. Our campaign estimate is that $1 can help feed 2 children, subject to the school's actual food costs and menu.
Illustrative reach based on the stated $1-for-2-children estimate. Actual reach should be updated when food prices and the school feeding budget are verified.
We propose a first-phase computer-learning programme targeting 100 learners, with room to expand as equipment and staffing grow.
Planning allocation: 20 student computers, display/projector, networking and installation, power backup/solar support, furniture, teacher training, digital materials and maintenance.
Important: This is an indicative planning budget and should be confirmed with current supplier quotations before procurement.
Our leadership team provides institutional and academic direction for the school community.
